Worst customer experience.To collect medicine prescribed by NHS they are making me crazy.Everytime they are saying haven’t received your prescription and again going to nhs and after bringing prescription saying out of stock and come back later when i go again saying no prescription or we are new staff here so don’t know anything.its really an emergency and every single person in that pharmacy are Getting frustrated with the service

Staff so very helpful and informative, always prepared to give advice, whether in shop or on the phone. Greeted with a welcome, happiness and smile every time.

Nice staff and good service

Staff here are rude, slow and unhelpful. Never seem to be able to find your prescription while everyone wanders around behind the counter asking each other where everything is!? Seems chaotic. Was recently given no help or advice followed by literal shoulder shrugging so had to go to Omnicare on nearby Queensferry road where I received a far superior service. Unless this chemist is your only option, go elsewhere.

The pharmacy has drastically improved since being taken over by the new owner. I received a flu vaccination by pharmacist Shahzad and was highly impressed by his professionalism and efficiency. Top service!

Lovely staff, horrible service. People waiting outside in rain due to shortness of staff. It was pretty bad not long ago as I couldn't get my medications form there and I needed to ask my GP to get prescriptions sent out to another pharmacy not that close to that one.

Couldn't be less helpful if they tried!.. very curt and unprofessional staff. Don't appear to have any understanding of how to deliver good customer service or taking ownership of issues to try and resolve them. Avoid.EDIT: If I could give them zero stars I would. You'll see from the opening hours published here that they list open from 08:30 am to 6:30 p.m.Monday to Friday - I arrived at literally 1:02 p.m. to find the door locked. One of the assistants then came up to me and pointed to a HAND WRITTEN note they had stuck to the door saying they were closed for lunch between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. and could I come back after 2:00 p.m. - Now I don't have any issues with people having lunch - what i do have an issue with is their published hours being out of date (even the hours in the window don't show a lunch hour) and I was also only there to collect a prescription - it literally would have taken the assistant the same amount of time to grab it and pass it to me as it would for him to stand and explain it to me. This pharmacy consistently delivers bad service - I'm surprised their rating is as high as 2.9 to be honest..

Booked flu jag here on 14 September when I turned up for appointment was told they were closed and no vaccinations would be done. Pathetic service now have to wait till end of November for appointment with Boots

Totally gone downhill. Last week I phoned to ask if my weekly tablet box could be delivered as I had covid. Was told the delivery driver had left on his deliveries and to get a neighbour to collect. I explained my neighbours were elderly and this was not an option. Was then told well there was nothing else they could do. I live two minutes by car/van from this chemist. I don’t drive. I’m sure the driver could have come back down to me after his deliveries in the circumstances. I had no option but to attend and collect my tablet box myself. Something I was definitely uncomfortable with but I need my medication. This woman’s attitude was disgusting.

Booked our private flu jabs here and when we went up the store was closed! Called up the next day and was told they don't have enough staff so they are not doing flu jabs! Even I booked the appointments months ago and no one had the decency to call and cancel. It will only take 1 minute to let us know our appointments been cancelled or even a message or an email.I asked if they will get us another slots, and I was told no and we have to just try to get another slots, WHAT?!Really disappointed and will not be booking any future appointments at this store and I will stick to Boots!
