John Grose Accident Repair Centre

Can not speak highly enough of this repair centre. Did a fantastic job on the repair and valeted my car but also went above and beyond when I realised I'd left my purse in the now returned courtesy car! Staff were very friendly, helpful, kept me up to date at all times. Garage allocated by my insurance but would happily use again through choice.

Superb service, polite, friendly and very professional from start to finish-pick up to dropping back. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Customer Services - disappointing. They didn't contact me after I submitted an enquiry form, so I had to chase them. Then I had to pay for a quote, which took all of 1 minute for the inspection. Then I had to chase the quote which I hadn't received 10 days later. I said on the phone that I wasn't very impressed and just got huffed at. Will take all of this into account when deciding which quote to go with (the other two I have been for inspections for have both been free!).

My car has been to John Grose Accident Repair Centre on two occasions this year for a mix of private and insurance work.I was very happy with the service I received and a minor issue I had was rectified without argument. Car thoroughly valeted on each visit.All involved were a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service made a beautiful job of repairing my car, all the staff I interacted with were lovely. Repair took a bit longer than expected but I was fine with this. Felt a bit nervous leaving my car there at first, spaces were tight! They could do with a bit more parking space.

Customer service wise, very helpful to speak to and were helpful answering questions and getting my car booked in for repair. Great courtesy car so staff at the front were really helpful cannot fault. However 2 issues/ things didn't work with my car when I picked it up.... Documents say passed final quality control examination" ....clearly not. They pretty much fixed the problem (not fully my husband had to make good when I got home). Would not use again as can't say 100% they check the car thoroughly after work is complete."

The care and professionalism here is fantastic!The reception person was incredibly helpful and polite. Clare also was a really helpful and polite.They were very good at social distancing & disinfecting items I would have to touch.I would recommend this company for repairs and some other places could take a page out of their book for customer service.Thank you.
