Nice place but owner doesn't do anything my 1st encounter with to 3 years ago was I'm only interested in collecting ground rent he does noughting on the grounds hedges one a year weeding never seen it done he just wants money not interested in residents

It's a lovely heritage park home. All the owners are friendly and look out for each other. I go there every month to deliver our parish news to two of the residents.
