Always good service friendly service. The store was once shut due to a power failure but Terry Prince (sales asssistant) really stuck his neck out to get my order sorted and get me working.Full marks to him!

The service at Topps Tiles Surbiton has been excellent! The staff were very helpful ordering our tiles for us, and then Richard was very friendly and helped load the tiles into our car and advised us on what we would need to do the tiling! Highly recommend.

Good selection of tiles etc. Not sure if this store is better than the New Malden one down the road, but for me it's easier to get too

Really pleased with my visit last weekend, John was incredible helpful with his advice and suggestions, and it was so helpful to have John’s guidance so I could place the order. Can’t wait to see what the finished bathroom looks like! Thank you John!

Very good branch, there were two employees i think that the manager was the lady and a gentleman who is the assistant.They were both extremely helpful and super nice.The gentleman loaded up my car so thought that I must thank both of them.

The shops nice and the parking is adequate if its not to busy.I got the feeling they're very Commission based as it shone through in an ugly way on my visit.My sales assistant automatically added on 30% to my order request for breakages/wastage without even asking me if I had already calculated for that... which I already did.Then he only wanted to round my order UP to the nearest full box (an addiontional £35)!! Instead of opening a box and giving me a closer more exact number of tiles i actually needed..These shinnigans were dissapointing, that i was even put in the position to even have to ask for the exact amount of tiles i had already asked for ... as it can leave some customers feeling embarrased.I've used the penge, Beckenham and Croydon branches and never experienced this egarness to over sell or laziness ?

Brilliant service here, can't reccomend enough. Went in looking for some replacement floor tiles for some that broke (bad install). We had bought these 7 years ago so as a bit of a long shot. Guy remembered the syle (went obsolete 2 years ago), found some in stock nearby at another branch and we went to collect. Thanks very much, job done.
