We were absolutely delighted with the PBC team and the job they did to complete the remodelling of our kitchen/utility room, loft floor and loft shower room and all associated demolition, new walls, ceilings, joinery, electrics, plumbing, internal decoration, new flooring, tiling etc. They also completed roofing and external decoration works. It was great to have a team you can trust and you can rely on to do a top quality job. Really easy to talk through options on some of the details and discuss plans. The team really want to find the best solutions for you and I liked the way they were not afraid to give their objective view on things which helped with decisions. I used Chris and PBC on a recent property extension, refurbishment and property remodelling project in Richmond. He came recommended through a neighbour who had also undertaken a similar project a few years ago. Once we had agreed the schedule of works, price and time scales Chris got on with the work quickly, efficiently and with the minimum of fuss. I had very little time to oversee the project so I relied quite heavily on Chris to deal with any problems that arose and to deal with the local building control officer. We came across a few problems as with any building project but I always found Chris to be professional, courteous and honest in our meetings and conversations. He is also a very resourceful character who kept the project running safely through the worst of the Covid lockdown in March and April, managing to source materials when I know other contractors were experiencing problems. The project was completed on time, to a high standard and with the minimum of fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris and PBC to undertake major property refurbishment projects and would definitely use him again myself.

We recently completed a complete eco-renovation of our period Victorian house. It was complicated project involving a number of eco/green elements (e.g., rainwater harvester, air source heat-pump, MVHR system, 3-phase power upgrade and extensive insulation) which had to be delivered in manner sympathetic to a period property. Chris and his team did an outstanding job, willing to be creative and practical when solving the magnitude of decisions and problems that had to navigated. It was delivered on time and to budget, Chris has a strong sense of responsibility to ensuring the project done properly and he does what he has promised.Couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Everyone at PBC without exception is professional and kind. It was a pleasure working with the whole team. We worked together through the very challenging period of the pandemic and with a newborn baby living at home while the building work was happening, so there was a real desire for the project to go smoothly. We undertook a major double storey extension at the back of our property. We chose PBC based on a recommendation from a friend and really pleased with our choice. Chris and team were professional, worked very hard and to a very high quality, also importantly to us they worked to the budget and timetable despite issues with other subcontractors. Chris managed the project excellently and there was great communication which was very helpful through a stressful project, which we had no prior experience of. We're really happy with the finished project and have recommended to friends and family.
