Had a brilliant experience buying from Sytner Sheffield. Russell found the car I wanted at another branch and had it moved to Sheffield in just a few days. I knew I would be buying it in any case, but I didn't feel at all pushed to do so! Nice biscuits too....

Despite initial challenges with delayed paperwork my experience with MINI has been great. Jody & Harry were patient and helpful answering my many questions. Handover was smooth and aftercare so far has been fab. As for the car, I think the picture speaks for itself!

Really disappointed. Took delivery of a new vehicle 2 months ago and on the first occasion we have issues nobody at the dealership was prepared to talk to me and I only wanted a little advice. Pressed them twice on separate occasions for some support and they failed on both occasions. Now have a text from them saying my vehicle needs attention reported via teleservices and do I want to book in - no thanks I will be taking my business elsewhere - so very disappointing.
