Visiting the shop was a good experience, the gentleman who helped us had worked there 18 years( I hope he is rewarded for this loyalty)he was calm and knowledgeable. The experience with the call centre was terrible when trying to get help on numerous occasions.

I had a phone that was not working so I needed a replacement. My previous phone was broken and in a poor condition and it took a lot of effort and patience to transfer all the data and contacts etc. I was served by Nick who was top class as the whole process took well over a hour. Brilliant customer service.
