I have never written a review Before but This product does exactly what it is supposed to do, saved my van 3 times.What has compelled me to write this review was the last attempt on my van. They went straight in with a crowbar on the side door, alarm triggered straight away got the text from the tracker. my tools are still in my ownership. Spoke to Mike a few days ago and was really impressed on how friendly and professional he was. As a result I ordered two bundle alarm systems covering my vans and ladders. The well packaged items arrived very quickly containing lots of useful documentation within.The alarms were a breeze to fit and works amazing well. On ordering I had some initial worrys about the battery power noise levels but how wrong I was. Post fitting I had a small query which Mike responded immediately and addressed. Due to this excellent product and service I have just put in another order for my sons van as the alarms are that good. Would strongly recommend this product and company First Class ! Thank you again

I have never used a better company. Had the Van guardian system fitted by Mike at his office on our motorhome. Such a lovely genuine man. We had a small issue with one of the cartridges within a year and true to his word he sent out a replacement. Very unfortunately we suffered another small issue contacted Mike by email and within 2 hours we had a response and Mike is sending out all new cartridges and the new addition of an inside button.I cant quite believe the aftercare Mike gives to his customers The alarm itself is wonderful and gives great peace of mind. I have already told loads of people about this system amd will continue to. From appearing on Dragons den and not getting any offers his business is going from strength to strength the dragons must be kicking themselves. I cant thank Mike enough for his after service. This alarm is also incredibly affordable tooThanks Mike and I wish you all the continued success as you so deserve it.Debbie

Absolutely fantastic service!After placing my order I received a courtesy phone call to check everything was ordered ok.The kit came packaged amazingly!I did have a small issue of one of the adhesives holding its bond, which was my own fault, as I installed it in -5 degrees.I contacted this company to see if it was possible to buy another one, however, they sent one out free of charge!Definitely the best customer service I've received in many years!The product works fantastic also!Thank you, Jamie

Never heard of these until we watched Dragons den, then ordered a set straight away for our campervan, they work brilliant, easy to fit and a superb idea. I also ordered a set for our work van as well. We have now sold our campervan and awaiting on our new one ( a Consort Reef S2) so i have just bought another set for this one, ready for when it arrives later this month ( June 20th 2023) Great product and very happy with the service and delivery times.

Bought this product for our company vehicle, Has been a great investment for the protection of our property and tools, I have now purchased these for my private vehicles, easy to install and control. What a brilliant product, so easy to fit. Got it on my motorhome. Brilliant yo use when uou are asleep inside. Aftercare excellent. Nice someone answers the phone, if you have any problems. I would highly recommend.

Firstly I would like to thank Mike for answering all of my questions, these days it can be hard to find business owners that are interested enough to help, and even harder to find ones that go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% happy with their product.I Won a two pack of van guardian Duo alarms nearly 2 years ago at a trade event.It’s fair to say that it’s probably the best thing I’ve ever won, and if I hadn’t of won them but had the knowledge of how good they are as I currently do, then I would without a doubt buy them hastily!Since I first met mike van guardian have come a long way with different sized alarms, different coloured faceplates for all different coloured vehicles, and even alarms for garage doors!The product is so simple to use, lasts for a long time and is very effective, it seems like the best product out there to prevent thief’s even getting to the point where they damage the van.I honestly can’t recommend this company enough, the owner mike is so friendly and takes a lot of pride in his products, also they are the original company and all their products are well made and I believe built in the UK.ThanksCharlie
