On recommendation, had all Roman blinds in our new house made by Jackie, and fitted by Paul. We are absolutely thrilled with the beautiful workmanship, and the finished look of our newly dressed windows. We asked Jackie to make us some curtains to fit our bay window and also ordered a blind to also go in the bay and a blind to go in another room. Throughout the whole process, right from the free consultation up to the fitting of the final blind, Jackie and Paul were great. Jackie was really friendly and helpful at the consultation and kept us up to date with the progress of our order. Jackie was helpful in ordering samples of fabric for us and lending us the blind swatch book to choose from. We love the curtains and it's so great to have well made curtains, handmade by Jackie herself. Paul's fitting of the rails for the curtain and blind was wonderful, as they both match the curve of the bay perfectly and it was also a relief not to have to put them up ourselves. Good customer service, but the products are not to sufficient quality.

From the moment Jackie came to measure up, we knew we were in safe hands! From design to fitting we were supported all the way. Curtains look fantastic, are high quality and exceed our expectations. We cannot recommend highly enough!

Excellent advice and service. Paul provided all the blinds for our new house, including roller blinds, venetians and Romans. They are high quality and expertly fitted. Jackie made two sets of curtains with tie backs. I have had curtains by various well known stores in the past and I can honestly say that Jackie's are far superior. I recommend without hesitation.

Very disappointed! I ordered a particular colour and material of curtains but when they were installed I could see that not only were they the wrong colour but also the wrong material. I asked to see the sample swatches to confirm the mistake but this was refused. I also asked for a reduction in the price to compensate for their mistake but this was also refused. I believed I could rely on them giving me the correct curtain material but I was sadly disappointed. I am now left with curtains which I hate after having paid over £400. So be very careful when dealing with this company.If you were so certain you'd not made a mistake then you would have wished prove it by showing me the specimen material swatches but you refused to do this. In other respects our recollections differ from what you claim.
