Brilliant service and managed to squeeze me in although I was pushed with timeframe (needing it done before the weekend!). Nothing was too much of a hassle, everything explained to me and didn’t feel as though I was being charged too much. Really recommend and the lads there are lovely too :) thanks Mark and team

Good garage which offer the basics to full rebuilds. Good labour charge and a varied source for parts. Knowledgeable mechanics who are efficient and don't '' top up the problem'' Straight forward diagnostics and good repair times and they work to Autodata timescales. Highly recommended.

I would have loved to have given a positive review but I feel I’ve been ripped off by this garage.I was heading home to Newcastle from work when my car broke down, lost all power, after getting in touch with these guys they went and collected my car telling me it sounded like the alternator had gone, they find it’s only the belt that’s snapped which would have cost me £35 to repair but they convinced me to put a new alternator on which he just seemed to have lying around in his garage at a cost of £400 we eventually agreed £300 which I was happy to pay, after many hours my car was ready and I traveled home without any problems, that evening the battery charging light came on and the car lost all power again, it’s been in and out of my local garage and off the road for a month trying to figure out the problem, I have had to hire cars for work for the past month, my mechanic eventually found that the problem was actually the alternator, it wasn’t compatible with my car so I sourced a Vauxhall breaker and bought a second hand alternator from an Insignia which has solved the problem so I do feel I was ripped off, I trusted these guys completely and never for a minute doubted them but I’m very disappointed and £300 out of pockit, thanks for nothing guys, it’s been an absolute nightmare.
