My client sold his penthouse apartment on Bournemouth Seafront through Frost & Co and we completed in less than a month. Charlie was dealing with the matter and he helped enormously going above and beyond to help us out. The transaction was seamless from start to finish. No request for help was too much, it was so refreshing and a welcome change for the estate agents and lawyers to work as a united team to get a quick outcome for both seller and buyer. Have used frost and co for renting my flat out after they had my previous agents business join them. I can say everything was flawless and had no issues with the merge at all. It then came to a point that I needed to sell the property and again Frost and co team, especially Hettie were brilliant and helpful even with a couple of small hiccups to do with paperwork being needed etc. I can't rate them highly enough.
