Arrived and found baffle at rear of fridge wasn't opening, instantly said the PCB was at fault, no voltages checked to motor on baffle, no further tests conducted to prove PCB was at fault! Messaged to say PCB to expensive and not available. Like previous review stated just wanted £65 call out fee.

Used again recently after a great service 18 months ago. Shame the service was not there again this time round. Literally condemned my freezer on a faulty PCB without even looking at the electronics. I managed to work out the fault myself after actually trying taking the PCB out where I noticed a broken control know, asked engineer to replace knob and was told he thought the new knob was too expensive at £20 so wouldn't bother, even though his £65 call out fee included time to replace parts! Was too quick to condemn freezer (10 mins max) just wanted the call out fee, be warned! 2 star was because he was fine first time round 18 months ago.

Excellent service, turned up on time, knew what he was talking about, diagnosed a possible fault, put the unit on test, returned, sorted the problem. Did everything that a professional should do, all at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Sorted out a broken freezer for us. Very friendly and professional throughout. Costs were reasonable and the job was completed promptly. Would definitely use again.
