I cannot recommend Kanwar Mortgages enough. The most easiest, smoothest process I have experienced. We was able to secure an AIP, mortgage offer within 24-48 hours of our offer being accepted and we got the keys to our within 6 weeks!!! I heard horror stories about the house buying process and I have experienced nothing but positivity. I have already recommended Kanwar to friends as he is prompt and responds quickly and professionally and answers all your questions, no matter how silly they may seem!!
