I just love this Salon! All the staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Nikki, who colours my hair always takes the time to listen to my needs and guides me on what’s best for my hair.What’s also great is that the hair washing basins are in a separate area, which feels like a spa. You can fully relax in the massage chair. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Had my first appointment today with Lottie for highlights and she was absolutely AMAZING! She listened to me, accommodated for my low maintenance needs, was super friendly and gave me the exact colour I was looking for. Nat assisted her in the process and she was AMAZING as well. Really kind and gentle, super friendly and had a lovely chat. Really lovely experience and such a pleasant team of people. Many thanks! X

Visited for the first time today and was really impressed. Beautiful salon. Wash basins are in a separate area, and massage chairs whilst your hair is washed!Harrison cut and blow dried my hair. He took time to discuss my hair style, hair type and what I wanted.Really impressed with his cut and styling.Gorgeous coffee too.If you’ve ever felt uncomfortable or excluded when walking into a new salon, here everyone smiled and said hello.It was a fantastic experience from start to finish.Amazing customer service!You’ll leave with great hair and feel like you’ve been to the spa!

Been using Kennedys for years and always book on line and take who’s ever available so for my cut, I got Samand so pleased I did. After listening to how I wanted it done, he gave me great advice and best of all a great hair cut which I am very happy with.

I had never been to Kennadys before but responded to request for models and visited the salon on last Monday (training day). My stylist was Maddy. What a delightful, polite, professional young lady, who listened to my request for hair cut and I was delighted with my cut. Today I returned for colour and was looked after by Ria, again a delightful, polite and professional young lady. Wow what can I say, amazing colour, exactly what I had asked for. I can't recommend this salon enough. Best in Essex. Thank you Maddy and Ria for my hair, amazing, can't wait to my next visit. Five stars for both of you

Been going for over 10years and I couldn't recommend them enough! Great staff, happy and helpful. My hair is gorgeous every time and you get free drinks. Relaxing head massage at the basin and products used are highly rated.

Vicky always listens to what I would like to achieve and has never let me down. Georgia is equally amazing. Went to see Toby today, carries a great conversation and his blow-dry left me speechless, didn't even look like my hair! Went to see Heather today for the second time, her cuts are put of this world.

Kennady's is absolutely amazing! I went to get my hair coloured and cut there for my son's engagement and they cut it great however there was a misunderstanding with the hair colour. I emailed them and was expecting them to sort it out in a week or two, however they the manager sorted the issue out straight away and it looked amazing!! I got so many compliments on my hair! Definitely recommend try.

I've been a customer at Kennadys for the last five years or so, after they were recommended to me by a friend. From my first visit, I felt listened to and I've been really happy with my hair each and every time since. Nicky colours and cuts my hair now which means I leave feeling fabulous. I would highly recommend this very friendly salon to everyone!
