We were in this shop to fix our tv . The guy charged us £200 to fix the tv and said he will give us one year warranty. After tv was fixed he called us to collect it and said he can only give us 3 months warranty. It worked for a week n stopped working, so had to take it back to fix it . Not one time but 3 times we had to take it back in 2 months. After all that frustration we went back and asked him to refund . He started debating saying your tv was old and all that, he refused to refund. When I asked him what component did you use in my tv he failed to answer my question. So, I am really angry that I lost £200 and my tv didn’t get fixed either. On top of that, while I was holding my 15months old daughter in my arm, my 15 months daughter was touching one of his speaker and he was rude to me saying she is touching my £1000 speaker . Very bad service, he speaks politely trying to show he is professional but he is not good at his job.

Took 5 months and constant prodding to get any progress and now my computers back it cannot even open google or click on certain things and cannot even run a game from 2008 despite being a 1300£ gaming laptop. Overall ruined everything including my birthday as it was a late present to get back will be filing an official complaint.

Fantastic service. I had a problem with my keyboard. They diagnosed the faulty keyboard within 24 hours. They found a replacement and fittied it within a few days despite the keyboard being unavailable from the manufacturers. Couldn't ask for better response.

I was experiencing some error logs from my laptop hard drive and I went to Computer House for a diagnosis as I suspected the hard drive was on the way out.The diagnosis was that the drive had multiple bad sectors and I took the opportunity to upgrade to an SSD drive after listening to the advice about the SSD speed and performance.I had the drive replaced and also upgraded the OS for a very reasonable price.The laptop is indeed a lot faster due to the SSD drive and I was very impressed with the advice, attention to detail and the price of the repair/upgrade.

Chris resolved issues with my laptop quickly and for a very fair price with no additional costs. I received my laptop back, completely restored within 48 hours. Thank you for such a great service!

Hands down, this is the best place in town. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff.When I went in, I was expecting bad news about my poor old PC, but in less than 24 hours, they had it fully repaired, new parts installed, fully configured, and they even went as far as cleaning it, so it looked brand new when I picked it up this afternoon.Absolutely the best shop in town

I wanted him to demo two amplifier for me one was already connected and he said he is not interested in connecting the 2nd one, He he does not like his job then he should not be there. He came across very arrogant, with an attitude problem , unhelpful, talks down onto people, cant discuss any thing technical questions with him and he takes it personally and gets very upset He really need to know and learn what customer service is all about. I will never look at his shop or visit his shop for any reasons. One experience is enough.I live in Henley, and it is my time visit to Maidenhead , came to maidenhead on the day for a demo and to purchased my new Hegel h390 hifi amplifier (over 3.3 K in Price) from the renowned HiFi Shop that only sell new high end HiFi's. (a very Well renowned National UK HiFi shop) , very professional too. After my purchased when I was heading to Wiko , I happened to see your computer repair shop, decided to enter in and out of curiosity met you. You had an amp playing through you computer tube tube , when i asked if you could play another another old amplifier that you could recommend , you were quiet reluctant to and said it was too much trouble for you to connect it, you unless I guaranteed you thatI I would purchase it form you , I mentioned how can any one guaranteed that but I could only give an opinion So you decided to demon the 2nd amplifier and soon after less than a minute of hearing its poor sound quality when I told you that I did not like it sound, as it sounded poor , well old tried amp you did not like it, my opinion and got even more moodier, and got quiet moody and came across as exactly as described above, and had a very bad experience talking to you as describe above. Well we all can see others have written very bad reviews about you and that say's it all, your story. You speak what you comment - you are using your relatives and friends to write good about you.I am was a your potential and real customer and outsider, to there is truth in what I say of the experience with you, Your reply below comes across like a conman, and scammer and con man , Your other reviewers painted similar picture about you You have not shown your name, that would be important for the customers who want to to contact you.I dont have any family living or visited Maidenhead, so dont worryNothing more to say and dont want to waste any more of time writing.

In 2014 after they fixed" my laptop the touch pad was not clicking right anymore

Absolutely brilliant service to repair my Naim Uniti Lite’s CD player and mechanism which required a new integrated circuit and overhaul of the drawer mechanism. Faced with the prospect of having to spend well over £300 and being without the unit for weeks I couldn’t have been better served. Repair was completed in only 24 hours and cost £170. Thoroughly recommended. Chris is a diamond; skilled hi fi repairers are an extremely rare breed!
