I have tried different estate agents in Halesowen. Jamie is definitely the greatest and amazing agent I have ever had. He is responsive and professional. He will keep chasing for different parties in speeding up the transaction. The process was proceeding smoothly and I was awaring where I was on the transaction. As a result, the sale of my property could be agreed in offer to completion in 7 weeks only!!! I would say the time taken for completion was definitely the shortest one in this time. No other choice, but Jamie if you wants someone responsive and professional!!!

Jamie has been excellent when showing us around our new home the way he made us feel so comfortable and allowed us to picture ourselves in our dream home was amazing. we were sold since the day we saw it but he made it an incredibly smooth experience. If we needed anything he was there at anytime of the day at the end of the phone or whatsapp to help us (even on his birthday!) he kept communication clear between us and the seller. We put our house on market with a well known estate agent who really let us down we then contacted jamie and omg!! Our house had been on market with previous agent 2 months with only 2 views! jamie sold it within a week with 6 views multiple offers in a week! his marketing and experience sold our house and I would recommend him to anyone not only did he sell our home he updated us though out the whole process his photos and videos sold our house he organised the home so it showed it’s full potential and did all the viewings which really was invaluable his the professional and it showed.so please go independent with Jamie don’t be fooled like we were with an agent that doesn’t care if you sell or not!
