Although I love and I am visiting often this place because is clean, airy, spacious and baby friendly with a soft play area I cannot say I am satisfied with the food. The kids meals are not consistent in terms of presentation, size and sides that come with it.For example, when I order jacket potato sometimes I get a whole potato, sometimes only half of the potato, sometimes it comes with a bit o salad on the side, sometimes not, and the list continues. It is the same with the other kids meals. The sandwich box is nice presented, but the sandwiches are very tiny. The staff is quite nice lately, attentive and helpful, and they really make a very nice coffee!

Decent vegan menu with great breakfast and brunch options! They even had vegan pancakes! Nice outdoor seating, was pretty quiet and staff were really friendly. The young kid waiting was very polite!

Very clean, spacious. Plenty of parking.First time here 02.01.2022 and pleasantly surprised. This place was unused for a few years - has been revamped and modernised. Everything is brand new, lovely shiny new toilets, eating area, carpets, cutlery, tables etc. Would definitely return as food was inexpensive and bonus is Costa coffee. Although being a Sunday there was a very limited menu - only breakfast available, fridge food (crisps/drinks) and cakes.90 mins play for (under 4 year old £4 per child). Area is cleaned after each play session. Sign your child in and receive a key fob which lets you in/out if the secure play. Limited seating and tables in the soft play.

Delicious roast dinner. Very friendly customer service. Great to know all proceeds go to support a local charity.

What a lovely clean, bright space to enjoy a tea/coffee and snack while the little ones play in the soft play area.friendly staff and reasonable prices. I didn't rate the food as I didn't try any, but there was a good selection.

On the basic side but very good cafe for children with ample space and highchairs. Could do with some more healthy choices and better selection of drinks but food was pretty nice. Soft play area was a bit cold but lots to do and it felt like there was space to roam - not too overcrowded.

Whilst the breakfast I had was good, there were a series of errors that led to a very bad experience. When we arrived, we paid for 2 coffees and a session for my great-granddaughter of the soft play. The lady who took the order said that they would be placed on the side when ready. 15 minutes later and seeing several coffees go out, the young lad that was doing the coffees asked what I was waiting for, Americans and latte. He asked the lady who served me, and she admitted that she had not printed the ticket. After minishing my coffee, I saw a gentleman on the table next to me who was having a breakfast that looked really good, so I went and ordered one as well as a sausage roll for my Great Granddaughter. After 30 mins my wife was surprised we still hadn't seen our food, so she went to ask where it was. The you lad instantly sorted out the sausage roll then had to ask what we had ordered and when. I eventually got a very nice breakfast. The lad was very good and explained that the lady was new and was still learning on her 3rd shift.Whilst I was writing this review, a lady who was clearing the tables spoke to me and explained she was having problems employing staff and apologised again for the service we had received, I take it she was the manager.
