Initially No one to meet and greet. The table we sat at outside was filthy crisps ice cream wrappers dirty tissue.Ordered drinks only. Waitress stopped to chat with colleagues before bringing the drinks to us and then couldn't remember which was which. With the introduction of Natashas law it's more important than ever to know what you are serving.Allergic reactions can be deadly.Went to the toilet and was extremely glad we hadn't ordered food. Premises were disgusting toilets worst I have ever seen water flooded the floor sinks loose no locks on doors. We left immediately and won't be returning.

Tried contacting the venue multiple times via call Facebook and Instagram both left on read and no answer back. Trying to arrange sundown party on 26/08/23 which was shown as available to then be cancelled. shocking service and from reading reviews below not surprised

Very strict on its policies which is fantastic. Although I wasn't I'd checked (sigh), almost everyone else was. The bar was clean and the service was friendly. The music was fantastic. It had the right flare and ambiance to hold a lot of people's attention. Just wish I'd worn a warmer coat!

Shisha was so bad, flavours had barely any taste. Service was so bad. My beer seemed diluted, food was so so.From the look, I thought it’d be a great place to eat and drink but I was wrong. I should have checked the reviews. Wasted 70 pounds.

I reserved a table for the sundown event for my partner's birthday to realise that was a waste of money as on the day we just strolled up and sat at a table. Oh well, these things happen. What really was poor was we ordered a lager and a cider and then after ten minutes a bar staff member came to say he was switching barrells and would be 20 minutes before we got our drinks. I was surprised by the length of time and it was getting cold at this point and nobody wants to just sit at a table and wait for a drink for that amount of time. I asked a simple question could we get a different drink so we don't have to wait and the member of staffs response was 'i dont know'. All that was needed was a simple sorry for the inconvenience but of course that word didn't leave his mouth. We just asked for our drinks refunded as the options he gave us was to either wait or leave. A big disappointment.

Terrible club, with horrible and aggressive staff.Without a doubt the worst club in Brighton.If you are a female be careful as there is a lot of dodgy staff/ people that frequent this place.

wish a zero stars option would be available to describe my experience at this monstrosity of a place, my experience could not have gone any worse! I went here with my friends on Wednesday night, in hope it would be an enjoyable experience for our holiday here… it was not! We waited over 40 minutes for 6 drinks, while the staff were just stood around talking to each other behind the bar. It was not busy at all, there was a maximum of 10 people, so the wait was unacceptable! One waitress appeared to have zero brain cells when we asked where our drinks were, she seemed clueless and was not helpful in the slightest! The toilets are revolting! The taps are covered in rust and some cubicles don’t even have doors!! This was an awful experience and I do not recommend to anyone !!

Lovely outdoor seating area with pockets of shade. Drinks pricey but it's Brighton! Service with a smile, no issues waiting for drinks – although it was the quite empty being the hottest part of the day. Will check it out at night one – good music, would have loved more shade! Although the sun lovers lapped it right up!
