Messaged Karl for a survey and quote and although busy, visited us pretty quickly. His quote was accepted and we then had a 5-6 week wait for the door to be produced. We then agreed a fitting date and the job was completed to schedule with no fuss. Karl was friendly and easy to deal with. I’d thoroughly recommend this company.

Installed a lift master remote control garage door opener, a few months later we encountered problems, basically the garage door will not close without being forced.Initially managed to get hold of Karl who said couldn't come for a few days, was asked to email his wife as he would forget!!Did as asked, no response, tried calling numerous times, no response, emailed again, no response.Called again and Gabriel up.This should have been done under warranty, but I have had to go elsewhere now which is about as poor as it gets!
