Nice products, but the staff member was not helpful and seemed annoyed that I had questions. She was quite busy on her phone at the time. Must have been important.

Very lovely and helpful staff, however, the layout of the shop was not the best. Not enough space to be able to see all the products if there are more than 5 customers inside. There is no particular order of things so it's quite hard to find what you're looking for despite the size of the shop.

Futon Company - Muswell Hill
Terse, rude and unhelpful staff today - having decided on a purchase I eventually realised that the credit card reader had been plonked by the till with the expectation that I should now proffer my card without any further customer liaison. I had to check that the right amount had been inserted on the reader as it was not clearly visible. Monosyllabic response. No eye contact. Just rude.

Products look great and I can't stop buying them, but they are often faulty with regards to wonky screw holes and broken bits. I wouldn't mind if they had a normal returns policy but this branch states they don't do refunds. Seems a bit odd, and not really worth the seemingly high chance of faulty products

Futon Company - Muswell Hill
A lovely shop at the heart of muswell hill.The shop layout leaves a lot to be desired very crowded and it's impossible to examine all the pieces of furniture without rearranging the shop layout.The staff is very helpfull but the only girl in the shop when I visited was overwhelmed as they were a numerous customers in the shop at the same time.

Futon Company - Muswell Hill
First purchase at Futon and I absolutely not regret it! I love their pieces!! Also I had a great experience at this store. The larger model of console I wanted wasn't exposed but in stock and I went back a couple of days to get the only cube top they didn't have. Worth noting that he console had a minor default but I got offered different options, which I really appreciated! I would like to thank Muriel especially and her colleague as they both helped arrange my collecting and gave me a precious hand loading the car since I was alone and the packages quite heavy!
