No-one answers the phone!

I managed to get full buildings and contents cover with LV for 60% less than Insure4retirement! Also they do not answer the phone when I called to cancel! Poor value and service!

They don't answer the phone!!! Trying to cancel a policy and it's impossible to get through whichever number you call.

Very straightforward and assisted throughout our application by friendly and professional staff.

After a attempted burglary, we called insure4retirement to be told we had to call another number, after speaking with a representative they logged our claim and said they would be in touch, this was logged Thursday morning. We have called the insurance company again today (Monday) after not hearing anything we called out a door and window specialists as we were worried the door is still damaged and is leaving the property not fully secure. We were given an email address to send the price through to for the door to be sorted, I wanted this doing today as it had already been unsecure all weekend. The fitters went away and said to call them once we had answer from insurance and they will come back after lunch. 3pm comes and we have heard nothing back from insurance. We called them again and after being passed around to different departments and being put on hold for 40mins we were told to call a different number. I called the different number to be told there was no claim logged. I had to again go through all the details. They informedme they would send a company out to inspect. ( again this would involve waiting several days) at this point I had had enough and informed I had paid the company who had already come out to come and sort the door as I was now feeling very unsafe in my own home as the door was not secure. I would not recommend this company as we have been messed around and left feeling very vulnerable in our own home, and for a company that states in the name they are keyed for retired people they have messed me around and left me feeling very destressed. I had to pay 100.00 excess along with the phone numbers I have had to call being charged I’m sure. So in short I have been left feeling very vulnerable in my own home and now out of pocket.
