I had booked with June to wax my eyebrows and to do a patch test for lash lift. As I entered I asked her about the process and all of that.During the appointment I started seeing my skin turning red and slightly flaming, I told her immediately that I was having an irritation with her product which she denied by telling me it’s normal at first for it to go red at first for a bit. I told her I’ve had wax done to my eyebrows done multiple times prior coming to her and this has never happened.I allowed her to continue as I trusted her as a professional to carry on her job, she also done the other brow, within seconds my skin started turning red and purple. As soon as she noticed she messed me she asked to leave me and issued me a refund immediately.Not only I didn’t get my desirable my eyebrows, the area where she applied the wax on my face was peeled off as she applied it on unneeded areas as it doesn’t contact any hair, now my face has scars on both sides and it doesn’t bother whatsoever.June did issue me a refund at the end but honestly the damages done on my face are way higher than a stupid refund of £38 and uneven eyebrows. In addition she rushed me to leave her place, it’s not my fault she couldn’t do her service as required , very unprofessional. I contacted her this morning to inform her that the product is not suitable for everyone and she blocked me on WhatsApp without even apologising for her messed up work.I do hope this never happens to any other clients.

June is THE BEST! So professional and knowledgeable. The quickest and best waxer ever. I’ve been going to her for nearly a year now and wouldn’t go to anybody else.
