Stairs are not cleaned, poor customer service - they think they own you and when you complain - they threaten you when complain.. DO NOT JOIN.

I recently contacted Bernadett and booked their deep cleaning service. They promptly replied and were able to fit the service within less than a week. The team arrived on time and did a fantastic job overall. Very pleased.

We have been using the Stair Cleaning Company now for about 6 years and can't praise them highly enough. They are very reliable, efficient and do an excellent job of cleaning the tenement block. Having had other companies before, it is great now to have found a company which is so good to work with. Bernadett, who manages the work, is always pleasant and responsive to any requests or any issues which might arise. Highly recommended!

I contacted Bernadette at the beginning of March so I could get a quote for a stairwell cleaning. At the beginning she was fantastic, quick response and quote. After I got together with the neughbours and agreed we moved foward and Bernadete was able to book us in- it was only a few weeks later when, 23rd of March, the cleaners came... to my surprise doing a really really poor job. Not even all the walls were cleaned and the very next day that the window cleaners came left a huge mess in the previously washed stairwell. I was shocked, Bernadette contacted me resting my worries a side and that this mess will be cleaned up in no time.Today, 22 of June, Bernadette has shown veryVERY POOR communication and has yet not dealed with it.it was only last week when I contacted her again so they could finish their work and she has no evidence they will do it. As the owner, Bernadette, has o shown any interest in resolving this.I sorry but your work speaks for it self, and I can certainly say I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOT REALIABLE.

Fantastic cleaning service for our Edinburgh tenement stairwell. Bernadett is a pleasure to contact with. prices exceptionally reasonable. We recently had a deep clean carried out and the stairwell couldn't be looking better.

This company recently took over cleaning of our communal stair. I have had to complain several times as the cleaning is not done properly, the stairs are still really dirty, they just push the dirt around with water. When I have complaint I have been told very rudely by Bernadette that my complaint isn’t valid. They are also very aggressive about trying to force you to set boundaries up direct debits, but they can’t tell me what date the direct debit will be taken! Not professional, avoid this company.

The 9 flats in our stair have employed The Stair Cleaning Company for the past 7 years. We have never had a single problem with the service, in fact it has far surpassed our expectations! Bernadett and her staff are friendly, efficient and 100% professional. I'd have no hesitation recommending the company - they deserve the business!

The Stair Cleaning Company have been cleaning our common stair in Polwarth, Edinburgh for a number of years now. The stair used to be a bit embarrassing as it was full of dirt, sawdust and generally looked unwelcoming.I have to say I’m quite proud of my stair now.
