Our little boy albert has really come on lovely in his development

I've had my daughter here for over a year.She's always been happy to come and go to the nursery and they've taken good care of her.If I wasn't moving I would be sending my 2nd child when he was of age.Their response to covid was terrific and always kept you updated via email or phone calls where necessary.Fantastic staff every single one of them.

Top Tots Day Nursery (located in the John Pounds Centre) has been a life-changing experience for our little girl. All of the ladies in the Pond Room (the baby room) are absolutely wonderful; I can’t sing their praises enough. They are kind, helpful and most of all, make your babies feel loved when you have to be busy elsewhere! It’s so nice seeing her happy with the girls. Massive shout out and credit due to Tia, Ashleigh, Natalie, Cerys and Shelley who have taken the time to get to know our cheeky munchkin; we know she loves you! Our daughter has absolutely blossomed since attending, and it’s only been a few months. Sue, the lovely manager, has been unbelievably helpful to us when it comes to our daughter being poorly, or with any questions we might have. The nursery has rallied around Covid measures, including; sanitisers, masks, no-go zones etc. I’ve never felt more comfortable leaving my daughter in such capable hands. She is safe, she is happy - what more could you want from a nursery? Excited to see where her Top Tots nursery adventures takes her :)

The overall care provided at this nursery is very poor, there is a continuous turnover of staff which is not a stable and great environment for any children.The new nursery manager ( deena) , is far from personable with very little training skills or sympathy for staff.Many of the rooms have many 16-18 yr olds with again with little or no training for junior staff to development creating a stable environment for children.Great at the interview stage but then can slowly bully staff into leaving ? Reduces on paperwork?There are no current Covid testing records by staff, which means that you are placing your child in an unknown environment?i would like to think that the owners of the business would take note of this review, as this is far from a great nursery and they would need to start from the manager downwards to improve the nursery.

All the staff here are really lovely!! and my child has a lovely bond with them all! My child is scheduled for full days but like to bring her in late so I can spend more time with her during the day before I get on with things myself and they are really understanding and cater to this well! The kids go out everyday *weather permitting* Its never easy sending your child to nursery especially if you have been used to having them everyday but my child always leaves this nursery with a smile on her face and that's what's important!

I am proud to recommend Top Tots Nursery as a Child Care for your little ones. Currently, they are taking care of my two boys and they are really happy.Top Tots Nursery take an active role in enhancing my boys education and making sure they got plenty of exercises, in the garden, dock, parks. Not every nursery take the kids for walks.Just say a big thank you because they make easier your working day knowing that your kids are learning, having fun and improving social education too. All the stuff is kind and helpful.
