BIG NOOOOOO to this car ParkAvoid Parking here.. my ticket was valid till 19:37 .. not sure abt seconds.. i came out at 19:37:54 … and i have got fine … they are just looting people .. avoid this car Park at any cost … they like people giving fines

Be advised that the APN camera clocks you in and out and you need to cover from entry to exit or you will get a parking ticket.Very unfair car park.

DO NOT PARK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET A PARKING TICKETS. Got a ticket from these ridiculous people. No grace period of even 5 minutes. I was in the car park before my ticket expired and it expired while I was packing my things away and about to leave! And on top of that these silly people expect you to pay within seconds when you enter otherwise they will do what they did to me and claim I did not pay when in fact I did pay for hours simply because I did not pay ASAP! AND I MEAN IT! It needs to be paid ASAP! Don't read the instructions, don't park your car properly, in fact just don't get out of the car, if you're going to use this silly car park just pay ASAP because that is what they expect. Leaving 1 minute late? Guess what! Ticket! Paying for your parking after reading their board, keying in the information needed and in short not paying ASAP? GUESS WHAT!? You will get a ticket! Never parking here again! DO NOT PARK HERE, GUYS. GUARANTEED TICKET FINE BY THESE LOSERS!!! this used to be my favorite place to park in southall now I will park elsewhere! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Avoid this car park at any cost.I arrived in the car park and it took me 10 minutes to find a place to park, I was with my kids so surely you can understand that it takes time for children to get out the car and for myself to get to the machine to pay.The car park was very busy and there were also issues at the parking meter which delayed me in getting my parking sorted and I ended up paying online which was also delayed by the connection.If there is not a bay available for me to park the car how can I just leave my car and pay without knowing if I will be able to find a spot or even can park in this parking as it was totally full and I was going around in circle within the car park waiting for an empty bay.As soon as someone left the space, I parked and I paid the parking for the duration I parked my car for and left early before my time on the ticket ended.They still sent me a ticket and rejected my appeal and said that I didn't pay from the second I entered the car park.

Signs are deliberately confusing to give you a big fine. It says 'pay on leaving' - that does not mean with your car it means on foot. So really you need to pay on entry and pay for 3h etc before you go shopping.

Stay clear! Signs are written to be confusing and fine you! Will not see me ever again.

DO NOT park here, had the worst experience ever. I got here and was looking for a space to park the car and it was fully packed. I stayed in the car waiting for someone to leave a space before I could park. By the time I found space and parked the car I then went to pay at the machine and as usual it was not working so I went online to pay and there was connection issues which delayed me in paying for the parking by 12 minutes. I left the car park 6 minutes before my parking was going to finish. They sent me a ticket and even my appeal got rejected. There are cameras to capture you enter and leave for their record but at the same time they dont have cameras inside to check that we were in the car waiting for a spot or how there are issues with their machine. If you park here be prepared to pay for parking and a ticket on top.

I already paid to park their I have my bank statement still I got ticket. I read reviews lot of people have problem. If anyone has a same issue please complain against them I will definitely do steps against this

Paid for parking and got PCN as wellDid not accept my bank statement saying you paid less money..Why you authorised application that’s not updated …My advise is carefully park in other parking placesSuch a waste management…
