Had a manicure done here, just regular shellac. Quite pricey for the job that was done— only last about a week. They mention numerous times the aftercare required for their manicures (limiting certain products/ refraining from getting the nails wet) and yet other places I’ve frequented the manicure lasts much longer, with no thought on aftercare.

I can not recommend this place enough. I have regular gel manicures here and am never disappointed. I have recently had a clear face facial with Shaunagh, I left feeling so relaxed and my sensitive skin (I had a few breakouts) was instantly calmer.The girls are all so warm and welcoming, the salon is beautiful and always spotlessly clean. All products used are of a very high quality10/10 ladies

Clean and relaxing atmosphere, HOWEVER..I regret to report that my experience here fell significantly short of my expectations, particularly in terms of value for money. The service began with a 15£ charge solely for gel removal, a service that is often complimentary at comparable establishments.Subsequently, I was charged an additional 35£ for a foot soak and lotion application. Both of these services could be easily replicated at home at a fraction of the cost. Additionally, the foot filing was cursory at best, leaving much to be desired.For a total outlay of over 50£, I anticipated a comprehensive pedicure service, which would typically include:• Complimentary polish removal• Thorough dead skin removal• An invigorating scrub and possibly a foot mask• A concluding foot massageRegrettably, none of these services were provided, thereby diminishing the overall value and satisfaction of my experience. I advise potential clients to consider other options for a more fulfilling pedicure service.An update:My initial dissatisfaction with the service provided has been further compounded by an egregious display of poor customer service when I returned in person to address my concerns. Not only was the quality of the pedicure itself lacking, but the dismissive attitude I received when attempting to discuss the matter was unacceptable.Initially, I was charged 15£ for gel removal and an additional 35£ for a foot soak and lotion—services that can be easily executed at home. Furthermore, the foot filing was inadequate, leaving me to question the overall value for the 50£+ spent.Upon discussing my experience with the staff, I was met with a level of customer service that can only be described as appalling. The team at SABLE are fantastic. My nails have had so many compliments after every time I have been. I can’t wait to go back and try the facials and brow lamination. I’ve seen on their socials and in the salon how happy everyone is after their treatments. Best service in Leeds by far! I honestly won’t let anybody else do my nails and beauty treatments.

First time having my nails done and it was fab! Laura took the time to explain what she was doing and why. The colour choices, foils and glitter are amazing, there is so many to pick from. I'll definitely be back!

I have been visiting Ragdoll regularly since September (sadly sometimes having to wait between appointments due to COVID closures!), but each time I have been really happy with my nails. They have grown in strength and length, and by following the recommended aftercare, my gel nails have lasted 14+ days. The staff are really welcoming, remembering clients' names which makes a big difference and always provide an amazing service. COVID guidelines are followed really strictly within the salon and I always feel really safe when attending my appointments. The creativity of nail art is amazing and no request seems to be too big! Cannot recommend enough.

Love my Christmas nails, always do a fantastic job and feel safe going with the precautions they have in place. Definitely recommend

I’ve been getting my nails done by Laura for over 6 years and I would never go anywhere else, a fantastic service every time! Enjoyed a brilliant facial by Abby from the new expanded treatment menu too. Highly recommend!
