I ordered my graduation gifts online and was instructed to collect the order in-store.Upon collecting my order I checked my bag to notice one of the items I had paid for was missing. I returned to the desk to inform the staff member that it was missing, and the she offered to have a look in the back. She returned to me to say the item I had paid for was out of stock.No apology or refund was offered despite the fact I had paid for my order in full online. I had to push for a refund for the graduation item the gift shop failed to deliver.I find this lack of professionalism and integrity from the staff frankly unacceptable, I shouldn't have to ask for a refund for an item I paid for that the gift shop failed to deliver.

Many nice merchandise items of the university, small but worth a visit.

mailed order - worst customer service experienced in years.quality of product appears excellent, but wrong size sent bythe store and they take no responsibility. cannot be trusted!will never purchase from this store again. an unhappy alumnus!

Some cool stuff but everything really overpriced, it is better to go to the shop at the students association just going up the same street.
