Charged me and my friend £25 each for a bad haircut, whereas the last customer is only required to pay £15! Absolute fraud for not labelling the pricing up! We showed her pictures of the haircut we wanted and ended up with a terrible result and the haircut / style is the exact same. I have never had such a problem with any salons and this is a first, and will never come back again.

I was looking for a hairdresser who specialises in Asian style haircuts for men, where better to look than Chinatown? :D Initially, it was only meant to be a hair cut for my wedding but Paul was so good I've been back ever since and will continue to go back.He has a crazy eye for detail and really takes care and time to get you looking sharp. I particularly like the wash, cut, rinse, cut, style steps. There's not a stray hair on your clothes when you're finished, so none of the irritating spikey hair on the skin or stuck in clothes.

Just wanted to share a good hair dresser in Newcastle. Stumbled across Paul Hair Design in Stowell Street. This is the closest experience you’ll get, i.e just like going to local hair salons in South East Asia. I’ve got thick, medium to long length hair and love my layered cuts. Most hair dressers here are great with styling & colouring but not cutting/handling Asian type hair, and again this is purely based on my experience in last couple of years.Hygiene level 9/10. Disposable hair towels, and you’ll not find those dirty filthy hair brushes. I was really impressed with the service, price, hygiene & friendliness from Paul.
