Tried their this wing RBS which is by name its royal and by service and online system it is not loyal at all. Registered then all approved then no text or email or letter. On app just shows We'll be in touch shortly with an update on your account." Not even say how long will it take. The branch can't help as usual they do not have updates from online and they even cannot open an account. In India they got customer service who ask for all.personal details to check your account status. Madness.stay away from this insecure broken system Bank.
