Great choice of women's clothes at great prices. My 18 year old daughter almost lives in these shops. Wherever we travel around the UK on vacation she always checks out the local new look store.

Visited today to do a bit of a complicated transaction with returns/exchanges and was dreading the disapproval of the cashier staff, but instead had some wonderful customer service - so friendly and helpful. Lovely store as well, clean and tidy, plenty of space to push a pram through

Always good offer when they have a sale too. Shoe dept is amazing there. I never had a pair that have fell apart in the first 5mins of owing

They have a section of the store called Shoe Heaven" and I am not sure if that's because it's good for shoes or because that is where shoes go to die. Picked up a bargain in the sale which probably serves to show that their non-sale items are seriously over priced. Anyhoo

Only used the men's section, which is very small compared to other Next stores. A small selection of jeans. The only real selection is shirts and underwear. I did find a pair of jeans, however I could not find a sales assistant to take my money. I saw the lady in the household section (also upstairs) but I didn't disturb her as she was chatting to someone (a customer, thought), but she did see me at the checkout. A few minutes passed and I called out service please." It turned out the "customer" was the clothing sales assistant. That was my main disappointment."

This New Look store at MK1 in Milyon Keynes is much like any other around the country.Parking is fairly good close to the store with ample parking within walking distance.However when MK Dons are playing at home the car park and surrounding area becomes very busy so best to visit when football isn't on at the Stadium
