Made an order over the phone, went to collect the next day, got the item home it was incorrect size to what I'd ordered. A bit frustrating as delayed my job. Email sent to office, spoke to John who quickly sorted the problem out and correct item delivered. Overall great service and would use again.

Excellent Builders Merchants. Extremely HELPFULL staff around. 99% they have what you need at a good price. The yard is changing for parking and where bulk items are stored. Good Idea for the better.

The staff really try there best for you, everything is clean and tidy. The customers keep there distance. You feel safe there as well, regarding the covid. Yes I strongly recommend it.
