Good place to go if you need fuel. They sell diesel and petrol so its ideal for your car. Yes the staff are incredibly rude but I think this is due to them having a grudge against the British.

Staff rude & obnoxious , yet another of my parcels has disapeared from this shop !!!, 9th may 15.30 staff member on till actually asked me abruptly Why am i getting them delivered there then ? No name on badge but mumbled in now broken english Zain ???when asked , he could hardly tell me managers name Geno ?? Contact details Or when he would be in , his response no no no .He had no problem with knowlege of the language when being rude, witness by another customer . . Clearly parcels are getting dropped off by the courier companies then mysteriously vanishing from these premises ! Does not even deserve one star on here but unfortunatly cant post without one.

handed in parcel to be posted by yodel ,printer not working so guy takes my parcel and says he will attach it . called them back twice as I still don't having tracking for it and no one can speak good English to understand me and told me to call back . Terrible service

The label printer for yodel or other deliveries never seems to be working at this pump, third time this week I’ve tried and it’s not working

Was returning a parcel and picked this store as it was my closest location. Checked the specifications online before leaving as it was a big box and I was walking. Once I got there the cashier straight away just said no we don't take that here. I asked him if he accepted yodel delivery and he said yes but that it was too big for them. I said online specifications say it's absolutely fine but he refused to take it. When I said where should I take it instead he told me to Google it and I told him Google told me to take it here but he just kept saying no. Ended up having to take it somewhere else and a very kind stranger helped me finally get it sent away but I'll definitely not be using this place again for anything

where to startlazy, non speaking staff that don't help or understand you, have you waiting before switching the pump onlike to advertise the price on the signage but the pump will be dearer.good luck getting served at time, they hide it the back, overpriced fuelavoid

In early hours of this morning coming back from the hospital. Wee guy behind the counter was very nice and polite. Also very helpful. Was quiet and a nice gentleman in the forecourt offered his assistance when I was coming out my car which was very nice of him. Great experience especially as a lone female out at that time in the morning. Felt as ease. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ground covered in petrol/diesel making it extremely slippery. Pump handles also covered in fuel and clearly haven’t ever been cleaned. Things you notice after going to Costco station which is very clean!

Had the misfortune to be served by the most rude cashier I've ever encountered earlier this morning. Undercharged me at first, then charged me £60 for petrol I didn't use. Mine came to £10. Asked for it to be refunded back onto my card, he tried to get me to take cash from the customer who owed the £60 to cover it. No chance! Waited ages for him to actually refund my money, even then he had to phone the manager to talk him through the process. This also didn't include the fact he had no clue what I was saying, he banged the desk with his hand when I said I wasn't taking cash, I wanted the refund on my card as it was his mistake which he then tried to blame on me! Finally got the refund sorted, but I was late for work thanks to him. Seems to lack basic customer service skills, maybe working with the public isn't for him.
