Staff are extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Our issues had been resolved in a timely and cost effective manner, offering a nice selection of offers and alternatives which helped us in making an educated decision. Special thanks to Martyn and Dave for all your help, it was an absolute pleasure.

I went into Morpeth EE Dec 2018 as I had purchased a new mobile (on line nothing to do with EE) and my contract is an old orange out of contract, but I could not work out how to get my sim to fit. The store told me I needed a new nano sim and my old windows phone only had a micro sim. The assistant said I could not get a nano sim with my current out of contract orange contract so I would have to get a whole new contract. I wasn't pleased, but agreed and asked if he was giving me the best price £14.00 (current old contract £6.00 unlimited text, mins, 30 text photos and 1Gb). So got new contract, but held on to old contract and old phone (going to teen son). I then checked on line at other contracts and EE new £14 contract much more expensive then others available (plusnet). Looked at cancelling contract, no 14 days cool off, on line EE said only poss cancel with shop, shop said no, so i wrote a complaint to EE on line. They called me back. I explained that I only wanted a small nano sim for new phone on old contract and they said MORPETH EE had told me LIES. The shop should have said straight away, call 150 from your mobile and order a new nano sim for old contract for new phone, which would take a few days to arrive. The assistant - Dave - lied to my face and sold me another contract at an inflated price.Do not trust Morpeth. Phone EE first and they will tell you the truth.Have kept new contract and EE (customer services) have matched my old contract price. My son new gets my old phone, thus keeping old contract which doesnt need renewing every year - 6 years out of contract. But deleted 300 gmail contacts from that phone and didn't realise it was still syncing with new phone, so all gmail deletions are deleted. Not happy. Morpeth you have made a right hash of this situation.Never using that store again.

Well second time I have wasted my time in this shop, ring EE much more helpful, not often I complain but absolute rubbish service. I hate complaining but staff need to be trained and this is a franchise which says it all really. You ring EE and they sort it straight away for you. Take my advice stay away from this shop, go to a competent EE SHOP. The one star is only to enable posting the review otherwise zero from me.
