Went in on Saturday 16/9/23 and spoke to Sandy, taking his advice I bought a Cube Analog 2023 Mountain Bike which I collected from Iain and Harry on the 17th, went for my first ride today the 21st, down the canal and had a couple of slight niggles, I popped back in the shopon the ride back and within 10 minutes another lad (didnt get his name) sorted my bike and niggles out and even test rode it to make sure it was right.This is what sales and customer service is all about, excellent from start to finish, Ive got to take my bike back in, in 12 weeks for its check and I already know, it will be checked thoroughly.After the service I have recieved, I wouldnt go anywhere else.Thank youSteve

Very helpful staff, called in to check if my sons bike could be fixed after being damaged, staff member checked and was honest and very helpful. Phoned before and was also helpful on the phone.

I bought two bikes from Evans cycles online, which where delivered badly by Evri, as in the cartons were damaged...When I tried to build the bikes they had several parts damaged ..I contacted the Wigan branch as it was the closest, and you could talk to a human..A kind man named Ian said it would be better for me to take them to the store that sort online, and they would build both bikes free of charge and check any faults.Fantastic Customer service THANKS

Great service and offers. Bike was £500 and I received £100 of accessories with their Christmas offer. Bike serviced road ready and given a 12 week check included too. Can't ask for better quality of equipment and staff. Wigan Evans is the best.

Iain was extremely helpful, managing to find an old bike seat bolt that I’d no luck in finding anywhere else. Very friendly and welcoming. Super clean shop as well.

I went to this store for the first time today and I met 3 members of staff, each and every single one of them was so nice and helpful. As a foreign that recently moved to the UK, I had a lot of questions about prices and how things are called and done here, and despite the long list of questions, Ian the mechanic on shift was so patient and welcoming, never showing a sign of annoyance. Honestly the service was amazing.

I purchased a bike from Evans Trafforf where I found the staff extremely knowledgable and friendly until a small accident which meant I needed to return to store, again really helpful, didn’t have the part required but gave instruction on where to order and advised me to call back with said part would just be a really quick job.On doing this I was met with quite a rude chap who advised the wait time was at least 4 weeks and there is nothing he could do other than suggesting I go to Stockport store! I called Wigan who have been absolute saviours!! Planned to do this if I could leave it with them a couple of hours!! I spoke with 3 staff at Wigan and all 3 had amazing customer focus and passion for the bikes and job. 5 stars
