Eat Your Photo

If you're worried about ordering a cake online, go with eat your photo. My sons cake was so well protected and it turned up so moist and soft. I ordered it on a sunday and requested it to be delivered on tuesday and it came on time, on the day. His party wasn't until friday and it was still soft and amazing. Messaged customer service due to a small issue and they replied within a day and they sorted it out for me. So happy with the cake we received, the customer service and my son loved his cake. Thank you so much. I've attached photos of how it was packaged, very impressed! Will be ordering again!

I ordered 3 days before my son’s birthday and wow, I’m very impressed. Ordered the vegan version, and let me tell you it was super good and super moist. We really love it. I will highly recommend this place, and I will definitely order again soon.

So unhappy, we ordered our son, who is turning 14 today a cake from this company. We ordered the cake Monday 07th (plenty of notice according to there website), a star wars cake which was personalised. Spent over £40 on it so a reasonable price for it NOT TO TURN UP!!! I even chased the company for it Friday and got no response. Then they respond today (Saturday 12th on the day of our son's b day) saying sorry and give me a refund saying they will look into what happend on this occasion... I see all the good reviews, but wonder how many people this happens too? Such a let down, what good is an unrealiable cake store. I even offered to pick it up as we are only in Nottingham, and they said they couldn't help as they were closed. Thanks for nothing

What can I say - I ordered 2 days before and was shocked how quickly they delivered but I had to wait 2 days to taste it. Photo looked fantastic-, they cropped it and centred it beautifully and image was sharp and clear. Packaging was secure and gave you confidence of what to expect. Two days later, I was amazed just how tasty and fresh the cake was and there was nobody who did not say 'mmm' with the first bite!

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. This was the first time using this company, never again. I will say, the quality of print (picture quality) is fantastic, sadly, this is absolutely pointless if your prints can not be used. The prints are on paste, not an actual sheet of icing (as I've had from another direct supplier in the past). I paid over £24 for two sheets, as the sheet for cupcakes had multiple different images. I managed to get some of the cupcake toppers off as they were pre-cut (maybe 12 out of the 30 ), the other sheet was totally unusable. The icing paste is waaaay too thin. This kind of cutback to save money just isn't acceptable. I will be contacting the company directly for a full refund.

Really disappointing service. I have ordered from eat your photo numerous times over the years and never had a problem until now. However, I ordered an a4 print with football logos on for my friends wedding cake and the colour had ran so I emailed them and Will (Director) and a replacement was issued which was great. However, when it arrived the size of the images had been enlarged and would no longer fit on the cake! I had also been in touch with Will prior to the delivery of the replacement as I thought I would use the original order that was faulty as trial run and attempted to take them off the backing sheet and they would not come off. The trouble shooting page said to put in the freezer...and this did not do nothing. I then tried putting in the oven and still could not get them off. Will informed me that this was due to humidity but I have bought from them before it was simply removing a clear plastic backing sheet....they have clearly changed the icing. I requested the correct sized replacement ...no response and then asked for a refund...48 hours and no response.Will, I await my refund...

Ordered a Pokémon cake for my son. Cake was delivered well wrapped and tasted delicious. A little bit sweet for me but no complaints from the kids at all!!!! So many people asked me where I got it from and no doubt they will be ordering from here. I for sure will continue to use this establishment for all future celebrations. So pleased to have found this company and it’s a must from me. Keep up the good work

Ordered a chocolate flavoured photo cake for my son's birthday. Tasted unbelievably good and looked amazing. Very impressed, highly recommended.

Ordered an Amazon cake" on Monday evening for delivery on Wednesday. Definitely made the recipient laugh
