Comically poor company. Advance booked a cab for 7.45 to get the 8.13 train. After three calls where they kept saying 'it' ll be 10 minutes late' and sending this text : It's BUSY in your area. Your TAXI is running a bit behind. We will prioritise your booking & get you a car as soon as possible

Missed my train. Was told my ride was 5 minutes away, turns out it was 25 minutes away, so I got to the train station a few minutes after my train had left. Would not recommend.

Booked for a specific time because I had to be somewhere. Got a call it’s outside - come outside, taxi nowhere to be found. Call the company - says a different car can arrive in 5-10mins.. nothing. Call again after 10mins - it’s 9nu an away!!!

I lost my phone a couple of weeks back and thought I might have left it in the taxi I’d taken - it turned out it wasn’t in there, but Tracy in the office was very proactive in trying to track it down for me, as was the driver who ended up having a thorough look in his car. As you can imagine, I was stressed and upset, and Tracy was patient and understanding with me, which made the situation easier than it could have been. Though the phone never turned up, I appreciate the care this company took, and in general I’m always impressed with the friendliness and punctuality of the drivers. Thank you Veezu!

Another great and friendly driver todayIs it possible to request a certain driver when making a booking.I have a disability so helpful to know if can book particular drivers.

Pre booked a car via app and confirmed via phone. Explained how important it was to be on time. Complete no show. Haven't received refund or apology. Uber driver saved the day in the end

I ordered a taxi to get to an assessment on time as I was running late, they made me wait 45m after saying it would be 10m and I missed my deadline I purposely ordered it with plenty of time to make it in. The salt in the wound was the driver telling he he hadn’t had a job for the past 45m and had been sitting waiting for a job!! And the taxi even though I asked to go a set way took me the longest way with the most traffic so the last remaining chance I had to get in on time was lost but a driver who argued with me and cost me an extra £6.80 on my normal route!It doesn’t help that when you call them up they don’t know where you are asking to go as they aren’t a local call centre

Had doubts on them after reading the reviews, but still wanted to give it a try. No show despite pre-booking it on the phone and made it clear that I had a coach to Heathrow at 4:30 in the morning. Booked for 3:45 and called to see if it was coming, but was told they were still trying to locate my taxi, would be a 15 mins wait. Uber driver saved the day again. I would not trust them if you are in a rush and have a flight to catch. (I also have since received a lot more scam calls everyday, don’t trust them with my info)

Answered the phone which is a bonus these days. Polite freindly lady. Taxi turned up quickly. Lovely car. Spotless. Nice driver. Quick efficient. What else do u need.Use this taxi company. You wont be sorry.
