Airport Taxi Birmingham

Just awful. Booked and prepaid for a 3am pickup to get to the airport. Phoned to confirm the trip 5 hours before pickup. Taxi never arrived. Tried calling their '24/7' number 4 times, no answer. Fortunately it was Uber to the rescue in the end. Eventually managed to get a refund, but no apology or explanation as to why they flat-out chose not to provide the service I'd already paid for. Use Uber, or a better taxi company, but be sure to avoid this lot.

Our flight was cancelled and we gave this company plenty of notice, but they have a pretty unreasonable refund policy where you can only get 10% of your money back if you cancel at any time, whether it is late notice or not. Be careful if your flight could be delayed or cancelled, as you cannot get anywhere near a full refund if your plans change.

Really pleasant journey, booked with 3rd party supplier who sent an amazing driver who got me to my destination quickly and safely. Overall really happy with the service!

I tried calling and was hung up on 3 times overall.I booked on line and no one confirmed via email or call as they said they would and then when I called to confirm it the following day, I called and was hung up on. So I called back, there were children in the background, they didn’t say the name of the firm, just hello. She was rude when I tried to explain I couldn’t hear her, her response was I didn’t say anything, but there was so much noise on the phone it was unprofessional. When I asked if they could confirm the taxis for 12 people and I’d booked online, her response was, we can’t do 12 people and she hung up.Wow, never have I experienced that.

Booked for Birmingham airport. Driver ran a few red lights and was speeding. As we got near the airport he dropped us off 10 mins away telling us there was too much traffic at the airport. (6am) When we walked to it was not busy. Also said he had no change for the cash we gave him. Over charged by £4. Overall poor service.
