Had a fabulous meal here. Considering it was busy the 4 of us didn't have to wait long.Lovely setting right next to the canal.Can sit in or outside.Smashing waitresses too.Great place to meet up with friends for a great dina!

A wonderful experience this evening at The Globe. Our last visit in May 2022 was awful....all I can say is what a difference just over a year makes (under new management and staff)! Menu offers a wide variety of food at very reasonable prices. Food arrived promptly and was piping hot and was delicious. All staff were friendly and inviting. I would definitely recommend and will revisit.

Absolutely great place to chill, it's right on the canal. It has a garden for kids and play area. Pub sells food and location is right out the way. Very nice staff would recommend to anyone wanting to chill.

Not been for a very long time, such a great location beside the canal. A bit tricky to drive as single track road and a very skinny bridge. Visited early evening and was quite busy but served fairly quickly.Although we were advised that a number of menu items were unavailable due to lack of delivery, there was still a good choice. Good arrived in good time and was well presented and all said very tasty. Desert did take a while but still worth the wait.All staff were friendly and helpful.

Was a meet up place with friends. Food was lovely (roast) and portions very generous. Only issue was extremely slow service but we eventually discovered that it was because although we had booked a table at the restaurant where we were sitting (we had a dog with us) it wasn’t usually where service took place. However as we initially had table service we weren’t aware (as it wasn’t mentioned to us) that we would have to go toThe bar for further service! But it was a good to have a good catch up with friends with no pressure to eat up and leave!

Lovely old pub by the Canal. Popular with dog owners and a great place to spend a summer's evening outside. It's a shame you have to search for your own cutlery and serviettes. We were told we had to get them from a shed in the garden but no forks, so then had to go inside to find some. Food was nice but only 4 stars for that reason. Surely the staff could bring some with the meals. Plenty of condiments though.

Típico inglés, zona tranquila. Restaurante limpio y muy bonito. Buenas decoración, bien servicio, amplia carta y muy atentos. Recomendable si visitais el pueblo.Paseo al lado del canal para bajar la comida. Precio aproximado persona 35/40£ postres incluidos
