Brilliant, I bought their printer, ink and paper bundle a few years ago, they work amazingly well and they were also extremely helpful when I had a problem with my printer software acting up. Really good customer service, would definitely recommend

We would like to retract our last review. There was a genuine delivery beyond control of Inkexperts. We re ordered from them, the product came in two days. All things promised were in the bundle. Great packing and support. Product was easy to setup and with the bundle accessories our business was up and running the same week. Thanks to them! We will repeat order when we grow in business.

Absolutely incredible customer service from Ink Experts, especially Alex, who went above and beyond the call of duty. Highly responsive and nothing a problem. Would definitely recommend, and will be using them exclusively from now on for everything.

Honestly - the people that work here are legends in the game. I have leant on them a few times with some requests that most companies would either ignore or refuse, I always recommend them as their knowledge of what they sell is excellent. Keep it up guys.

Sent them an email asking for information regarding a Sublimation Printer and its capabilities. Never received a reply back. Subsequently bought elsewhere for a bigger price. If that's the level of customer service then I won't be purchasing from them in future.

I had a problem 2 YEARS after buying my printer and Christian was brilliant in suggesting solutions which worked and saved me so much time (it was not a problem with the actual printer, something I was doing wrong, btw). He sent several links with full and simple instructions. Couldn't recommend these guys enough. I bought my printer, my ink and continue to buy paper from them and will continue to do so.
