Sam has been my hairdresser for 15 years and my cut lasts right up to my next visit. Always feel better when she's done my hair. All the staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome and it's also a chance to have a nice hot drink and catch up on the gossip magazines.

Helen Brightwell was an absolute delight as always. Helped me get my very messy hair in line for my brother's wedding. Would 100% recommend. Atmosphere and friendliness of staff are top notch.

Helen was brilliant. Had a few sessions for cut and blow dry and she got my hair back into good condition. We then went in for colour after a few sessions, unfortunately it wasn’t quite what I had in mind. Helen was so professional about it, kept in close contact with me and got me in again to achieve the colour I wanted. Brilliant customer service, very professional hairdresser and lovely person to chat too. Would recommend. The new salon is beautiful too and the latte’s from the cafè are delicious.

Absolutely love this hairdressers. Been coming here for years, and the new location is so in keeping with the brand. They have a long serving set of staff, and there is a wonderful family feeling amongst them, with a high end delivery.When my usual hairdresser went on maternity leave, I was a bit nervous of having someone new cut my hair, but both members of staff I've had since have done a beautiful job and alleviated all my fears.If you're looking for talented hairdressers with great consultancy skills, years of experience, and a welcoming and classy atmosphere, this is the place for you!

This salon is definitely luxury! I always go to Laura and she always delivers!Attentive, makes you feel comfortable and an hour can fly by without even realising!I love that they have hair products for different types of hair and needs.

I went 2 times to the salon. First time was with experienced Natalie, so had good cut and a toner. Second time wasn’t so lucky , had hair cut and highlights with Charlotte. The cut is awful, different lengths all over , the highlights burned my hair as well. When I called to the salon to fix the cut , after being on hold for 10 minutes , so the receptionist had a long chat with Charlotte - suggested for me to book a consultation. When I said I don’t need a consultation, as I know what needs to be fixed , that wasn’t an option.I went to my safe salon the Strand , where my stylist was fixing the cut for 50 minutes being confused how on earth anyone could do such a bad job :( the result I’ve lost about 5inches off my length and paid 2 times for a hair cut.Please train your staff better , even if it’s not the top stylist - everyone should be able to cut the hair straight.I haven’t noticed the back of my hair when leaving the salon , leaving the £20 tip, but when called to fix it for free , got refusedVery disappointing , as the salon is beautiful , but in order to get to professional staff you have to wait or pay considerably more

Had the best experience today when Rachael restyled my hair for the 1st time since the original lockdown.I had never been to this hairdressers in Chelmsford before but I had heard a lot about them and was so thrilled to have an appointment so close to Christmas.Rachael was wonderful. Such a super stylist with a lovely upbeat manner, and personality. She listened to me and how I felt about my hair and paid close attention to detail.The salon is beautiful and the staff were so friendly and professional. Will be going regularly from now on. Thanks so much Rachael. I feel a billion dollars!
