Worst doctors around. Staff are rude, unsympathetic and bang on about how hard it is to work for the NHS. Receptionists are all rude. No point calling them as you will never get through. They tell you there’s no appointments available and then if you turn up there there’s no one waiting in the waiting room. Dr Pickerell (senior partner) supposedly needs to have a word with the staff with the way they talk to patients! Witnessed one of the nurses who takes the blood tests shout at a woman today and even made her cry! Absolutely no need for it! If you want to express how you feel about the NHS and your job do it to your boss not your patient.

It's my doctor's surgery and they are always pleasant and efficient when you phone about anything and if you don't mind seeing any doctor they will try and get you in the same day

Since moving two years ago we have been blown away by this fantastic doctors, we have always been able to quickly get appointments, the drs show true care and follow ups with any illnesses and overall the service from all staff is fantastic.

My partner was left with a severely ingrown toenail for about 7 months, just constantly fobbed off with antibiotics.People question why superbugs are developing with immunity to antibiotics, well look no further! They are handed out like smarties when lazy GP's can't be bothered to do their jobs properly and treat the symptoms, not the cause.They point blank refused his multiple requests for a doctor to look at it in person and insisted photos would be enough.The photos sent all show a toe that has a CLEARLY ingrown nail on both sides. Unless I am very mistaken, antibiotics won't remove an ingrown nail.He was told that he was added to the ingrown nail removal surgery, and then told it would more than likely be better for him to PAY and go private as their list was MONTHS!We moved surgery after this and the first phonecall, he was told to come in that morning and the doctor was absolutely appalled it had been left to go that bad for that many months. The referral was made during that appointment and within 3 weeks he visited the podiatrist to have the surgery.The podiatrist was disgusted that the previous surgery (Lyppard Grange) had not given him proper treatment or made a referral if they couldn't provide treatment themselves.It is honestly shocking. We are both healthcare workers and so on our feet 12 hours a day. During that time, he was just suffering for months needlessly as a result of your negligence and laziness.I think GP practice is correct as more practice is definitely needed here before you can call yourselves healthcare professionals.

Really would consider before u apply here u have to fight the receptionists here for an appointment they have treated me very badly I moved house ,changed address no.pproblem then needed some medical evidence of mine but received someone else's, then I made no fuss I returned them now suddenly they say I have to get a new Dr. !! Really apparently I'm out of the catchment area I have a lot of medical issues now no Dr and no medication after 15 years at the surgery . I bet my Dr isn't even aware but I can't get to talk to her ad rhe receptionists said NO so unprofessional as I also know everything about some poor lady that doesn't even know.

AVOID at all cost ive been registered at 4 didn't doctors this is by far the worst one. My Wife is pregnant and needs to see the doctors, and has been waiting for 2hours on hold before being cut of, and can't call back because its now just gone past 1 and you can't book a appointment past 1. so if you need the doctors for an emergency good look to you. Plus when I'm in the doctors the receptionist are in the back room gossiping ignoring the phone, but the doctors and nurses have been fine.

Can't fault this practice friendly triarge service prompt appointment, thorough examination face to face great service all round I've been at this practice over 20 years and the high standards have been consistently good well done to all the staff keep up the good work

Avoid at all costs. You will never get through on the phone, you can't go in to speak to someone as you're told to ring instead. Prescriptions are always wrong. Reception staff are rude. Told you will be phoned about test results etc and you won't be.

Amazing service. Was given my annual flu jab by a lovely lady in a red uniform. Was so surprised as to how quickly the appointment was completed. If you want to get your vaccination (which you should), I'd highly reccomend their service ❤️
