CPS parking

This a great parking company it is next to Ocean Terminal and the P&O ship. On your return it is not too far to the car park.

Was really happy . Not sure at first never leftkey and car before. Really easy process on arrival. Just had to walk across road to collect keys and car on arrival back I Southampton. Quick and easy process.

I definitely won’t be using this firm again ,booking in and waiting for over an hour for them to take my car to park it . On returning a week later after a cruise the upholstery had black marks all over the drivers seat , whoever parked it must have the filthiest clothes imaginable. After 2 hours of cleaning I managed to get the seat clean. Any complaints will probably fall on deaf ears

Both arrival at the car pack and returning to the car were efficient and handled well, this is no mean feat considering the volume of cars/passengers to handle.However, whilst I understand that the drivers need to safely drive the cars from the drop off point to wherever they are stored, I'm not sure there was a need for them to change my radio station, mirror positions, seat height, seat position, air vent positions, and turn off my auto headlights!

Please be aware there is clearly an employee/parking attendant theft issue at CPS Southampton. As other reviews state Do NOT" leave any coins/valuables inside your vehicle they will be stolen (even a few coins for the Toll Bridge)! We found a dent in the front bumper and the radio channel changed??? CPS accept NO liability what so ever even though there is clearly a theft issue going on. Don't they value their reputation?Very disappointed in our first experience with this company."

There was very heavy traffic leading to the car park. Partly due to a 5,000 seater cruise liner, but there is room for improvement. The car park needs to consider ways of coping more quickly with the volume. The return was exceptionally good. No queue to pick up key and exit was also very smooth. Very happy customer.

Since covud this service has gone rapidly down hill. When it takes a couple of hours to get to Southampton but then 2.5 hrs in a queue to park the car, for which you have been excessively charged for how can any one give more than 1 star. Even if you complain they don't even acknowledge the complaint.

Drop off and collection of our car with CPS was quick and simple.When we collected car we noticed rear towing hitch cover was missing.We contacted CPS and a lady called Sonia said they would covet cost. Promptly paid as well. Thank you CPS, we'll be using you again

So easy and efficient. Used CPS when we did our first cruise. Very easy to book, turned up and everything explained to us. Left our car to be parked. When we returned after the cruise, barcode scanned, key returned and told where our car was parked. 10 mins we were in our car from disembarkation from the ship. Definately recommended.

After returning from a cruise yesterday, we were told that our car which we had parked with CPS had developed a fault. A member of staff kindly took us to our vehicle where we called the AA. As it was going to be sometime before they arrived, an arrangement was made for Jack, one of the team to stay with us. We were invited to have a cup of tea and Jack also took us to the toilet facilities.At around 13:00 a transporter was ordered by the AA but would not be available for another three hours. Jack made sure we were able to get something to eat and drink as well as liaising with the port security to allow the AA access.We are very grateful to CPS and especially Jack who looked after us for around seven hours yesterday.
