Carol has been fantastic with helping me overcome anxiety, especially a panic issue that had recently become worse. I cannot thank Carol enough. Life had been stressful for a long time, especially in the last 2 years with family health issues. In recent months I developed a sudden fear and panic whilst driving on motorways. This left me feeling incredibly anxious about driving on motorways, especially having been an anxiety-free driver for almost 30 years. I needed to nip this in the bud and came across Carol's website. Carol's techniques and therapy have now removed all feelings of anxiety and panic when driving on a motorway and I also feel much calmer in myself - all with Carol's help. I highly recommend Carol.

I have been having therapy sessions with Carol for a few weeks now, Carol has been a great support and functioned as far more than what you might expect from a hypnotherapist dealing with traumatic memories and stressful life events. I really did not know how much support a hypnotherapist could be. I feel that as we go through the sessions, things that have had extreme negative emotional attachments now do not have the same impact on me. The type of therapy is more than councelling. We talk about the issues and then seperate from the emotional burden. I feel so much better.Carol conducts herself in a very calming and kind manner. I have really been taken aback by how insightful and astute she is, with what I would consider limited information. She can put my fragmented feelings and situational description with such clarity to words I could never find. Carol really helped me overcome some tough times I was going through. Just talking to her she asked all the right questions that I had never been asked before which enabled us to get to the route cause of some of the problems going on in my life. I visited Carol at Amber Tree Hypnotherapy after having the worst year of my life. She was very positive and reassuring. I felt very down, had lost all my confidence and did not feel like me" at all.
