A charity shop that stands out for all the right reasons. The staff are really helpful, kind and very friendly. The shop looks amazing and it is clear that a lot of hard work goes into continuously making it look that way. The window displays are changed very frequently and always looks inviting. The shop layout is spacious and very customer friendly. There is always something new to look for as stock is replenished on a regular basis. Definitely worth a visit!

Very bad experience! I donated lots of stuff last Sunday however today morning I realised that i had by mistake forgot one small plastic bag containing chargers etc. I went to the shop today afternoon to take back the bag. The lady in charge was very rude and not supportive. Its very sad that when i donated so much they were talking nicely however when I wanted their help to get back my small bag, they did not cooperate at all and they were very rude. It's shame.Avoid this shop!!

This is the second time I have been in this shop in Ruslip High Street staff very rude, I had some new clothes which I gave to Sue Ryder shop much nicer friendly experience, they are the loosers!!!!
