The first and last time I went! They offer a high price and try to get a lot of money, they don't wash the car well, they argue about money, they don't have a standard price and they give a separate price for each car, for example, your car is a dirty car, you have to pay a lot, the staffs try Take a lot of money, please do not try

I went home to visit family and I was pleased with how clean the car stayed for a week. They actually went to town on my alloys and made the car look amazing. Other providers need to take a leaf out of smileys books. Thanks Lads 5* Service!

I took my car today to smileys for a full valet. My car was very dirty outside and in mainly from the weather and also my dog so there were hairs muddy paw marks etc. oh my god was like picking it up from the showroom it was stunning !!! Worth every penny I never would have gotten all of it cleaned myself. Thanks Smileys totally recommend

Used to be a good car wash, but the last time I was there the bonnet was still wet when he took the payment, I asked the lad to finish it off, the lad wasn't to happy he answered with grunt,,,, it's a shame xxx

Waste of money. Paid for a valet and for a polish. Didn't touch the dashboard or the windows, clocked one of them hoovering my car with a tab hanging out his mouth... car stunk of smoke. Left polish all over the paint work... charged me 30 quid and was there no more than 20 minutes. Wouldnt recommend.

First and last time using this place. Wash n dry expected but car was still soaked and the bits they did dry they obviously did with a dirty cloth as the car was smeared all over.
