I was nervous about getting my TV repaired (under warranty) as I remembered what a pain it was getting it on the wall in the first place. I thought one person would arrive and I would have to help getting the TV disconnected and then back on the wall.Lucas and Mark arrived and were prepared from the start with all the tools they needed. What I thought would be a difficult job took them no time at all and they left everything exactly as they found it… except it was now working. Superb service and very professional with no hassle at all.

Yesterday I had a visit from Jamie and Darren who were both professional and efficient. They kept me informed the day before of my two hour slot and arrived two hours earlier. They were respectful of my property and sorted out the problem very quickly. I would certainly recommend them and would definitely use them in the future.

The woman on customer service is so rude and unprofessional. She was so unhelpful and I felt like I was an inconvenience to her.On the other hand the two gentlemen that came to fix the the television were very professional. Answered the questions I had and were very helpful.Reading back over the last year of reviews, it seems that the company hasn’t learnt about the rudeness of the customer service department. It is really letting tou down

Hisense had sent these engineers to evaluate" our TV since the damage had appeared after around 1 year (with no physical damage) - the engineer they sent had turned up late and upon inspection had mentioned that the tv had physical damage (not the case) ... and then mentioned how we should claim on the house insurance "as he would usually" - now Hisense (another awful company to deal with) are not going to be paying out for the TV since the report mentioned is innacurate.If these guys are coming to review your damaged product

Still trying to figure how can a company like Samsung use this company for repair I move in a new house bought a Samsung refrigerator and also Samsung washing machine a little over a year and both start having problem a phone call to Samsung make matters worse a simple rubber for washing cost £41 and labour £101 they came and try fix the problem knowing there is another problem with machine and repair the one problem leaving another and charge me almost the cost of the washing machine have a number in there data base and don’t pick up to my call only realise this when I use my wife number to call realise they were ignoring me all this time with my personal number and the refrigerator they said no warranty and the cost is almost the cost for buying a new one . Staff is unprofessional and full of attitude am done with Samsung because of my experience

I was battling with Samsung to get a repair date for 3 days. My daughter had registered an account, signed in done chat but could not book a repair visit! Finally I got the SmartServis phone number rang them straight away. I talked to a very polite, professional, kind and helpful person who booked a repair visit that minute and I got a text confirming straight away! I rang the day before the repair day and was told I was the first visit perhaps 8.45am. Imagine my shock when the door bell went at 8.45am that day. The washing machine was repaired in half an hour and is working at this moment! Thanks very much.

The team were so accommodating and friendly. Advice was offered over the phone before someone could get out to me. And a week wait appointment turned into the next morning for us! Can’t rate them highly enough!!
