I Started using Keiron about 6 weeks ago after struggling with hamstring and back problems, he has helped me massively and I have seen huge benefits in how my body is feeling after his treatments. On top of that he’s a great guy that you can tell has a big passion and understanding of what he’s doing and passes that knowledge on whilst treating you to help you help yourself. I would highly recommend him and Vital to anyone.

Very friendly, thorough and good quality treatments! Kiran didn’t hesitate to explain to me all about what each treatment did and how it all worked. I went for treatment for my knees, and there was noticeable improvement by week 1. Kiran also helped me address the cause of my injury and I now have a safer and more effective exercise routine!

Whilst on my journey to recovery, I continue to benefit from a holistic approach adopted by the Vital Team. They take the time to understand the person; the physical and mental well-being which can be so readily overlooked, and will support you to earn those sometimes hard yards. I was quite nervous to seek help for my TFL Injury having never received physiotherapy of any kind before. However, Kiran put me at ease straight away, he has a very calm and caring way of explaining the issue and what treatment he feels is best to resolve it. I now have zero pain which is something I haven't been able to say for 5 years! His knowledge and skill in his work is astounding. I cannot recommend Kiran and his services enough.

Kiran helped me after I had surgery on my shoulder. After my first visit just 7 days after the surgery, I noticed an immediate relief to discomfort and an immediate increase to my range of motion. After 3 weeks my shoulder felt as good as new. Highly reccomended.

Raising my arm higher than my shoulder was impossible without great pain. After just a couple of sessions, this is now possible and pain-free! Painful sleepless nights are no longer a problem.
