This is not a true Greggs, it’s a more expensive franchise. Add to the increased cost you cannot use the Greggs Rewards App. When I went there there was no queue because people use the real Greggs which is poorly advertised as being in the main building of the services.If this franchise accepted the Greggs Rewards App they would get more business and be a more profitable venue - basic retail lore.

This is meant to be a white coffee.What ever small amount of milk was used must of been off and the water must of been from yesterdays washing up. It tasted absolutely vile had to throw it away

Staff are always friendly and polite and there are always 1 or 2 Vegan options available, although with everywhere else giving multiple options, Greggs need to up their game with plant based/Vegan foods.

We had a nice Greggs here. As Ferrybridge services has been renovated, Greggs has moved inside the building now and is bigger than it used to be.

We called in yesterday for a coffee stop whilst on a motor bike tour. I got a regular coffee and was asked if I would like a cake to go with it as part of the meal deal. I got coffee and a chocolate muffin for £3.00. Nice coffee and the nicest chocolate muffin I have ever had. There were plenty picnic benches outside to sit out in the sun and enjoy.

AVOID!!! went in for 2 pastries asked what were the hottest and was told the sausage and bean and the steak bake. Came out to my car and they both was clap cold!! Very disappointed!!
