Longstanton Branch Surgery

Lived in the village for 22 years and have always been impressed by the attitude, service and skills of the Willingham and Longstanton practice.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful.

One receptionist is the world's nicest woman and makes sure people are treat like people and she's amazing.... . Sadly the other one is the biggest horridest and most useless person you could ever talk to and also looks like she's chewing on a wasp 24/7 she gives out poor service either this is for everyone or just me but I can never seem to get an appointment when she is on duty. Not a bad surgery as of yet but waiting times for an appointment are crazy long so I forget after waiting a month that i even had an appointment.

I am 12 months overdue my 6week check after having my baby because they cancelled it 3 times. When I did finally get to see someone I went in with my autistic son who was stood up looking at the weight scales (not touching then) and a Dr grabbed him by the arm and pushed him down on the seat next to me forcefully. I explained he has asd and walked out teared up and very upset. Every time I send an email to the manager it bounced back, they will not give me her number so have therefore got nowhere. I only use this Dr surgery if I'm very unwell or emergencys, if I can help it I don't go.

Very bad experience. We had appointment and the door was closed, no 'ring the bell' or similiar options (no answer on telephone). We had to walk around the building and knock on the window continously. After 10 minutes of knocking someone let us in. The midwife was unfriendly and in the room was very cold for a 2 weeks old baby. We won't go back definitely.
