Terrible customer service. I contacted Delta T to service our ventilator. At that point, they advised me they only had an appointment in three weeks time, which was fine. However, I later found out just before the appointment that this hadn't actually been booked in, which was incredibly frustrating. The appointment was then rearranged to a different date, however, this time the engineer didn't show up. I've had zero explanation as to what happened here from Delta T. This is the worst customer service experience I've had, and a complete waste of 4 weeks of my time. I don't recommend.

Phone to get a quote for services to fix my air conditioner was given great advice and told that it will be more expensive to repair it that it would be to actually buy a new one. Honest straight to the point advice great customer service.

Excellent service from start to finish. Gave a detailed quote, and the installation was carried out exactly as they quoted. The install guys were very good, polite & helpful. Will definately use again
